Yes. Purchases require a registered, email-verified Accstall account so we can deliver credentials securely to your dashboard and support your order afterward.

Yes. Set the quantity on the product page up to the available stock. Many products also show bulk price tiers when higher quantities unlock a lower unit price.

Delivery is instant. As soon as payment is confirmed, credentials appear in your dashboard under Orders → Delivery Details. No manual processing queue.

Format depends on the SKU. Common fields include username, password, email + email password, cookies (JSON / Netscape .txt when included), and a 2FA TOTP secret when the listing includes 2FA. Everything is listed in the order delivery panel with copy helpers.

Cookies = session files you can import into an anti-detect browser. 2FA = a TOTP secret so you control authenticator login. Mail = mailbox access (email + password) for recovery and verification. Always read the product specs table before buying.

No. Credentials are only shown inside your logged-in dashboard after purchase. Keep your Accstall login secure.

Cryptocurrency via NOWPayments and card payments via Lemon Squeezy (where available). You can top up your wallet and spend balance, or pay for an order directly by card when the product supports it. Card checkouts may have a minimum order total.

No. Wallet deposits are non-refundable. Spend the balance on products in the catalog. See the deposit screen and Terms for details.

Wait for network confirmations. The order unlocks automatically when the payment provider marks it paid. If it stays stuck beyond a reasonable time, open a support ticket with your transaction ID.

Only the first login within 12 hours of delivery. If the account cannot be logged into on that first attempt (and your request meets our terms, usually a screen recording), we replace the product. Once the first login succeeds, everything after is your responsibility. There is no mid-window ban cover just because 12 hours have not elapsed.

No. Because products are digital, approved claims are fulfilled with a product replacement, not a cash refund. Full terms are on the Refund & Compensation Policy page.

Typically: (1) problem at the first login, (2) report within 12 hours of delivery, (3) a screen recording of that first login attempt. Missing any of these usually means the claim is not eligible.

Usually no. Changing password or email immediately after delivery increases risk. Warm the account first; password or email changes made by the buyer are typically outside warranty.

Strongly recommended. Use a dedicated IPv4 proxy (avoid free VPNs and shared packs) and an anti-detect profile so the platform sees a clean fingerprint. Logging in from your everyday phone or browser often triggers checks.

Not safely. Sharing one device or IP across many accounts is a common ban trigger. Use separate profiles (and preferably separate proxies) per account.

Yes. Avoid mass likes, spam DMs, or aggressive automation on day one. Start with light human-like actions, then scale.

Yes for sold stock: once delivered to you, that unit is yours. Re-bind 2FA when included so recovery control sits with you. Follow the listing's login guidance (cookies vs password login).
