Netscape cookies.txt, Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, Cookie-Editor / EditThisCookie, Set-Cookie headers, a Cookie request header, HAR cookies[], GoLogin, and AdsPower.

GoLogin requires a url field and uses expirationDate. AdsPower uses expires (0 for session), not expirationDate. Mixing those fields breaks an import.

No. The tool only reads and reformats text. It never writes cookies into your browser or opens a session.

A Cookie: header is only name=value pairs. Domain, path, expiry, and flags are discarded when you convert that way.
